Information Literacy and Media Education portal is developed on Information Resources Committee of the Governor’s Administration of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Region initiative by consortium of the SM Information for All, Russian Association for Film and Media Education and Taganrog State Pedagogical Institute. The management system (based on third party’s CMS) of the Portal was developed by Advecon Co., Ltd.

Portal is the contribution to development of the international portal on media education and media competence - Media & Information Literacy Clearinghouse, created under patronage of the United Nations within the framework of the Alliance of Civilizations.

Authors of works on the subjects can offer them for publication on the Portal for it Editorial Board. All works approved by the Editorial Board, will be free of charge published on the Portal for free access of all interested parties. Authors of works do not receive what or other compensation for publishing of the works on a portal, except public recognition.

The Editorial Board is independent in the decisions and aspires to impartiality in an estimation of the information offered for publishing on the Portal, however considers necessary to notify in advance, that any sort of the advertising information or the information which is not concerning subjects of the Portal, will be obviously rejected.

The Portal administration will be grateful for any offers which will help to make the Portal more useful and convenient for its visitors.
